These Sabzis includes recipes from different parts of North Indian where vegetables like Bhindi, Lauki, Tindora, Aloo, Paneer etc are sauteed along with tomatoes, onions and everyday spices. There recipes tastes very different from each other due to the use of local spices and the style of cooking. For instance Potato can be made in so many different ways .

The content is focused at teaching various methods of preparation & may vary with individual student’s needs towards learning & time frames. Dishes may be changed or deleted on the discretion of the chef
